1. Fill out the AFOA
Membership Application. Mail to AFOA with
payment.
2. Fill out an insurance application by going to
https://www.afoa.org/insurance/tli.htm
3. Then, choose to Apply & Pay Online or choose the printable application
and send it in with payment.

current user of AFOA’s Timberland Liability
Insurance? Outdoor Underwriters is nearly ready to send out renewals. They will be emailed and mailed.
The renewals will be coming directly from Outdoor
Underwriters. You will be able to mail in the renewal
with payment or you can renew and pay with the new
online access.
