About our Land Listings

If you have forest land for sale, consider using this page to promote your property. Available to members of AFOA and professional land sellers. We rely on the seller to let us know when the property is sold. The requirements are below.

Member Listings

  • One Free Listing per Year: Members may post one forestland property for sale each year (up to 5 units in size) at no cost, provided the asking price does not exceed $3,000 per acre.
  • Additional or Higher-Priced Listings: Members wishing to list more than one property per year, or land priced above these guidelines, may do so for a fee of $15 per unit.

Professional Land Sellers

All professional land sellers, including those who represent or are represented by a member, must pay $15 per unit with a $30 minimum per listing.
  • Once published, listings are not edited or updated (unless a posting error occurs).
  • AFOA does not link to external websites from Forestland for Sale listings.
